About Reid
Reid served 24 years in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer. Retiring in 2021 as a Lieutenant Commander, he completed his service leading cyberspace warfare operations planning at United States Central Command in Tampa, Florida.
After the Navy, he completed a fellowship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, serving as a business consultant and reforming their creative marketing intake process.
Reid then joined Verizon as a Senior Manager of Process Improvement, where he worked for four years.
Across roles in the military, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Verizon, Reid has led teams in the most challenging environments, saved organizations over $20 million through process improvement initiatives, facilitated over 40 workshops, managed countless programs, and integrated AI tools into daily processes to increase operational efficiency.
